Chalki Island
A destination on its own right, Chalki island is one of the smallest islands of the Dodecanese complex, also known as South Sporades, the south-eastern complex of islands including Rhodes, Kos, Patmos and till Kastellorizo. Chalki is named after the copper of its mines. It is constantly inhabited since the prehistoric times, featuring some amazing nature and cultural sites, beautiful beaches and the warm hospitality of Greek islanders. Some of its best sites are only accessible by boat, thus remaining unspoiled and exclusive to those who know, for both leisure and diving!
